Pantages Studio Apartment

Toronto is a town rich in culture. It is no surprise there is a surplus of theatres and museums scattered across the city. Tourists love to immerse themselves in the lifestyle, oftentimes preferring Toronto furnished rentals rather than hotels. Close proximity to popular attractions like Massey Hall can play a part in deciding where to stay.

On June 14, 1894 the 1st of a 5 concert fest was held at Massey Hall. This historical hall was constructed to honor Albert Massey, the industrial baron Hart Massey’s son. It was intended that the hall would not only be comfortable, grand and very important. Public meetings, conventions, musical and other entertainments were dreamed to take place there. Massey Hall was set out to assist in the maturity of the arts.

This concert hall has existed for over 100 years, but what is more impressive is the hundreds of performers that have been hosted there throughout the century. Over 3,500 seats flanking the golden and burgundy walls, patrons pay for tickets that in the end do support and keep on increasing the arts. Hart Massey’s intention came to life; it is safe to articulate that millions of people have laughed, breathed life, history, and art into Massey Hall.

Luckily, a furnished apartment in Toronto is located nearby Massey Hall. A unique bachelor (also known as studio) suite which happens to the corner unit overlooks the hall.

There is an abundance of windows which brighten up the condo, making it so warm and inviting. For your comfort the custom made furniture has been installed to make the most out of the space. There is a cutting edge fold away Murphy bed which allows you to simply have more space.

There is a desk as well as a dining area which have perfect views to Massey Hall. Beautiful hardwood floors flow throughout the unit. A fully functional kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, convection oven, a fridge and dishwasher.

This cool studio unit is inside a boutique building known as The Pantages Hotel and Spa. It connects hotel chic, luxury and comfort into one. Location is bound to come up again, especially since this edifice is on the edge of Yonge and Dundas. That’s Dundas Square- one of Toronto’s main attractions; sometimes compared to New York’s Time Square on a smaller scale.

Right next to artisan markets, outdoor concerts and films and café like seating within the square. Just across the street is Toronto’s legendary Eaton Center that stretches several blocks and houses numerous shopping stores. Other areas of interest that are within close proximity are, the Canon Theatre, and an entertainment complex called Toronto Life Square. Many restaurants and bars are around and lots offer patio seating and entertainment venues to enjoy. Relocating doctors stay at this building sometimes since it is also near St. Michael’s Hospital.

Most condominiums have amenities, but the Pantages Hotel and Spa has unique facilities such as a full size gym, spa and lobby cocktail bar. Also, easy access to Toronto’s underground PATH system, two subway stops and convenient highway access.
