We assign a dedicated staff member to each guest to ensure a seamless booking process. Our lease agreements are flexible, easy to understand and there are never any hidden costs.
We are proud to offer the widest selection of downtown locations compared to other furnished rental providers in the city. Additionally, all of our furnished suites are professionally decorated, and they look amazing. Keep this in mind while browsing our website - we do not use sample suite photos. All photos are of actual suites.
Beyond customizable housing solutions, we offer a number of services that add value to our clients which include:
- Relocation consulting (including educational consulting for families looking to relocate into areas of the GTA with specific school needs),
- Real Estate Services (provided through SVS Realty Brokerage, a subsidiary of Sky View Suites). Personalized Concierge Services (available under a separate contract / fee schedule).
