Its decor includes modern cabinetry in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances. The dining area has an area where you can sit down to a meal for four people. The furnished suite also has an in-suite washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen and two LCD televisions in the living area and bedroom.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and all linens and towels are provided for your stay. The den also features a pullout queen sized bed that is perfect for guests. With the building being located in the heart of Toronto`s downtown Yonge District, the area has access to many different locations within the city and is the ideal hotspot for anyone looking to stay in a fully furnished rental in Toronto. The area is easily accessible to the financial district and hospital district which facilitates commuting to and from work.
There are a wide variety of different shops including clothing stores, sport shops and the eaton centre is within walking distance. At the base of the building is a Marshalls and Bed Bath and Beyond. All major universities including Ryerson University and University of Toronto can be accessed by a short walk or subway. The area also includes many different entertainment locations including movie theatres like AMC and a live concert hall like the Roy Thomson Hall.
The Building
Located at the North West corner of Yonge and Gerrard, the Aura is the tallest condominium building in Canada that stands at 78 stories. The building holds 985 individual suites. It has an indoor access path to the subway, College Park shops and to the underground path system.
The 4th floor has a 40,000 square foot Hard Candy Fitness Facility that guests have exclusive access to in order to work on their health and well-being (additional $100 per month charge). The building has a 24 hour concierge service, an outdoor bbq terrace, a party room, private dining area and billiard room.
