The University Plaza W one bedroom + den furnished apartment will give you all you need in a beautiful neighbourhood (easily walkable, and full of transit options). With recently updated finishes, and everything you need from appliances to linens, this fully furnished suite is the perfect place for anybody to call home.
The floor plan is a great example of open concept done right, as the kitchen, dining area and living room share the same space. The kitchen, although compact, features full-sized appliances, such as a stainless steel fridge, sturdy granite countertops and double kitchen sink. Cooking essentials, glassware, dishes, pots, pans and flatware, are also included in the fully furnished kitchen. The dining area features a glass table with seating for four.
The remainder of the open concept space of University Plaza W is taken up by the spacious living area. The living area features a pull-out sofa bed, a large flat screen TV and entertainment centre, and a glass top coffee table. From this living area, guests find access to the suite’s private balcony. Near the kitchen is an elongated glass desk for those who need a working space during their stay.
The spacious master bedroom features a queen sized bed and a personal, wall-mounted, flat screen television. The bathroom, located directly across from the bedroom, allows for easy access and privacy, and is decorated with clean beige tiles. All linens (including bedding, pillows, sheets and towels) for the suite come complimentary.
The den located just off the main living space. Here guests will find a comfortable full sized bed. The den is fully enclosed, so it can be used as a private space for additional guests.

The Neighbourhood
It’s hard to find a better situated apartment building than this one. The building is right on the border of the financial and entertainment, allowing for work and play. It’s centrally located near important hubs in Toronto as well as living essentials such as grocery stores and pharmacies.
This neighbourhood is also ideal in terms of transit – located just steps from the TTC’s Osgoode subway station, as well as both the King and Queen streetcar lines, almost anywhere downtown is accessible in a matter of minutes. Toronto’s union station is a quick 10 minute walk away and you are right next door to some of the best shopping in the city along Queen St. West.
The Building
