The University Plaza furnished suite has everything you need – plus a little extra. This one bedroom unit features light engineered hardwood flooring throughout, and a beautiful 244 square foot private terrace. You can enjoy the indoors and the outdoors in this conveniently located furnished condo.
The kitchen has full-sized stainless steel appliances: fridge, full stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Double thick granite countertops and an under mount sink make for easy clean-up and prep. It also includes small appliances, as well as plates, pots and pans, flatware, glassware and other small kitchen utensils. A convenient breakfast bar is also in the kitchen.
The living space has a wall mounted flat screen TV and large couch. The dining table can double as a work area. Sliding doors off of the living room reveal the large private terrace, which includes custom made seating and an “al-fresco” dining area for easy entertaining.
This furnished one bedroom suite has a queen sized bed and closet in the bedroom. All linens are provided. The bathroom is clean and modern, with towels provided. Inthe hall closet, you will find a full-sized clothes washer and dryer.
