Walk down the foyer of this apartment into the bright and inviting fully stocked kitchen.  This space features a stylish granite counter top and striking wood cabinets. Guests will be pleased to know that this kitchen also comes with full sized stainless steel appliances. All cooking utensils, small appliances, plates, pots and pans, flatware, glassware and kitchen utensils are also included. In the apartment, guests also have a full sized clothes washer and clothes dryer.

There is an isolated dining space adjacent to the kitchen. This space includes a glass ding table that seats 4 comfortably.

Traveling further in this apartment into the bright and inviting living space. A plush cream couch with bright accent pillows is the perfect place to relax after a long day at work or exploring the city. Curl up in front of the flat screen TV and enjoy unlimited access to Rogers VIP cable or watch a movie with the DVD player provided for guest use. This space also has an elongated glass table, perfect for those who need to get some work done during their stay.

Just across from the main living space is the master bedroom. This master offers a spacious room  that features a large queen size bed complete with soft linens and wood headboard. Guests will pleased to know that this room also comes with it’s own wall mounted flat screen TV so guests and enjoy endless films and shows from the comfort of their bed. A large closet provides plenty of storage for guests during their stay and is also where extra sheets for the bed can be found.

The Neighbourhood

This fully furnished apartment is on the cusp of Toronto’s entertainment district and Toronto’s financial district. Right across the street is Toronto’s Opera House. Within a 5 minute walk is Toronto’s City Hall, and court offices. As mentioned above, Osgoode subway station is a one minute walk. Also within a 2 minute walk is a connection to Toronto’s unerground PATH system. This underground network connects you to the financial district and Union station without going outside. This feature is especially important during Toronto’s cold winters. A pharmacy is located just outside the building and a 24 hour grocery store can be found a block away.

After work, our corporate housing guests are steps from the lively King West district, which has some of the city’s best restaurants and lounges (a few blocks west of the building). Guests at this furnished apartment will also enjoy easy access to Toronto’s best cultural and arts centers, including the Royal Alexandra Theatre, the Princess of Wales theatre, and for music lovers, the Roy Thomson Hall.
