The living room of this unit is a cozy and welcoming space, complete with a comfortable grey L shaped couch and entertainment centre. This space is ideal for relaxing after a busy day or enjoying your favourite show or movie with the Rogers VIP cable package. Just adjacent to this room is a den that can be used as a private study room or another bedroom. This space can be fully enclosed by the sliding glass doors and transformed into a bedroom when the murphy bed is pulled down from the wall. If you don’t need the room for sleeping, the bed can be pulled up and transformed into a desk to finish up work or get some studying done.

The kitchen of this short-term rental is spacious and detached from the main living space. Light wood cabinets frame the space and are accentuated by speckled grey granite countertops and clean, modern appliances. This is kitchen is large in comparison to most apartments in the city and also features a breakfast nook complete with a table for four. All appliances and utensils are included in the rental price of this fantastic unit. This includes all dishware, utensils, glasses, mugs and other miscellaneous cookware. If you are looking to entertain a larger group, than you will love the full sized dining table that fits 6, just outside the kitchen.

Just down the hall are the two bedrooms and two bathrooms of this short term accommodation. The first bedroom features a plush, queen sized bed, spacious sliding door closet and small work space. The guest who has this room will be pleased to find the first bathroom is just across the hall. This space features a shower/tub combination, vanity sink and all the linens you will need. It should be noted that all bed linens and pillows are also included with the rental of this unit.

The master bedroom is the larger of the two bedrooms. Here guests will enjoy a king sized bed complete with a modern padded, headboard, two closets and another small workspace. This room also features an ensuite bathroom that has a near identical layout to the other bathroom. All in all, this unit is an ideal space for sharing, with three private sleeping spaces, an enclosed kitchen and two full bathrooms guests are sure to be impressed with this suite.
