This modern, fully furnished one bedroom plus den Toronto furnished apartment is located in the King East Design District of Toronto. With features like hardwood flooring, floor to ceiling windows and a large private balcony overlooking the gardens, the unit is great for life and work in downtown.

The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with designer white cabinetry and stainless steel hardware, split freezer and refrigerator, electric stove top, oven, microwave oven and Keurig coffeemaker. The cupboards are filled with dishes and cutlery as well as cooking utensils and glassware. The kitchen island provides extra under-counter storage and comes with two adjustable bar stools. The dining area is located just behind the kitchen island and includes a retro-style round top table complete with a set of two chairs.

The living room seating area features a large black leather couch, a matching leather chair, a modular three-level white coffee table and a high-pile area rug. The TV comes with Rogers VIP cable programs included in the rent. The corner of the living room is dedicated to a work area and includes a stylish glass desk with a clear plastic chair and there is an access to the spacious balcony from the living room through sliding doors.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size, a matching night stand and a bedside lamp. The soft grey walls and white details of the interior are offset with a floral canvas painting above the bed and a modern glass-and-chrome ceiling lamp. The bedroom has a large custom-made closet with plenty of shelving storage.

The den area is located just outside the bedroom, and features a white corner desk with a red leather chair and a table lamp. There are two vertical narrow shelves in the den that are perfect for books or small items. On the opposite side there is a comfortable lounge chair and a white-and-chrome shelf for additional storage. The den is decorated with two large retro-inspired posters.

The bathroom features natural stone floor tile, modern porcelain finishes and a deep soak bathtub. Fresh cotton towels are included in the service.

The Neighbourhood

Located in one of the busiest part of Toronto, the Imperial Square furnished apartment is in a close proximity to shopping, entertainment and a plethora of restaurants. The Eaton Center is only a 10 minute walk away and offers a whole day of shopping as well as frequent concerts and events at >Yonge and Dundas Square. The closest subway stop is the King Subway Station which is located on the east fork of the Yonge/University Spadina TTC line and is a 5 minute walk away.

Just south of the building lies the St. Lawrence Market, a truly unique place in Toronto that guarantees an exciting day of shopping and exquisite food experience. The market houses countless sellers from local family businesses that share their craft and passion for food. For over 200 years farmers brought their produce to sell at the market on Saturdays, a tradition that continues to this day. On Sundays the North building holds antiques shopping event.
