The Icon furnished apartment for rent comes loaded with extras one would not expect with a furnished rental. With exquisite furniture choices and the convenience of its location, this is not an option to miss on your next visit to Toronto. Hardwood flooring throughout the main living area, a separate den to create an intimate dining space are some of the features of this great suite.

The large bedroom of this one bedroom plus den features a comfortable king sized bed, a large closet and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Just outside of the bedroom is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. All linens are provided in the bedroom and towels are provided for the bathroom. A full sized clothes washer and dryer are contained within the furnished apartment.

The kitchen has a very large island, with breakfast seating for two. Two comfortable swivel chairs are perfect for entertaining guests while you prepare a meal. The kitchen appliances are full sized and include: a fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. Small appliances are provided, including a blender, a Keurig K-cup coffee machine and a food processor. The kitchen is also fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and much more.

Off to the corner, the suite’s den space has been set up as the dining area. If the breakfast island in the kitchen is enough for you to enjoy your meals, the dining area can be set up as a workspace, where you can separate work from the rest of the living space.

In the living room, there is another workspace, with a beautiful wood desk. The living room has a large flat screen TV and a comfortable L-shaped couch. Finishes are modern and the furnishings are very high quality. There is also a walk-out to the balcony from the living room.

The Icon suite has everything that a corporate traveller would want when deciding on a furnished apartment to rent. With all-inclusive pricing, there are never any surprise charges. The price of the suite includes: bi-weekly maid service for stays that are at least 2 months, unlimited wireless high speed internet, cable TV, unlimited local calls and all utilities with no service caps.

The Neighbourhood

Nestled directly in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant entertainment district lies our fully furnished executive rental suite at Icon condominiums. Just a short 5 minutes’ walk from the financial district and afterhours entertainment alike, this suite is ideal for the urban professional working in Toronto. The location is excellent for getting around whether it be by transit or on foot so commuting is a snap. For going east and west, the King and Queen streetcar are a 1 minute and 7 minute walk away respectively. If your travels take you a little further to the north, the St. Andrew subway station is only a 9 minute walk away.

From the subway, our guests can access the core to the corners of the GTA, with subways running from union station in the south all the way up two Sheppard Avenue and Finch Avenue in the north. This furnished rental suite boasts a perfect walk score of 100/100. This means that for everyday tasks such as errands, banking, groceries, or even getting to & from the office it is all just a short walk away.

The Ripley’s Aquarium of Toronto officially opened in October of 2013 after just over two years of construction, making it the newest major attraction in the downtown core at the time. The aquarium features numerous tanks (the largest of which is nearly 3 million litres) totalling over 5.7 million litres of fresh and salt water; home to 16,000 aquatic animals.

The aquarium was built at the foot of Toronto’s CN Tower, and right next door to the Rogers centre. Our extended stay furnished rental guests can enjoy having all this and more , just steps from the front door.
