The living room, kitchen and dining area are all connected through an open concept. Within the living room, there is a spacious couch with a TV. Adjacent to the space is access to the balcony. The lovely decor in the suite really ties the space together.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans and all necessary small appliances, as well as a full sized fridge, stove and oven, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area seats four comfortably. Beautiful granite counter tops add the right touch to this functional kitchen.
The bedroom contains a spacious bed, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Beyond the bedroom is a full bathroom which contains a tub and shower. Full sized clothes washer and dryer are contained within the furnished apartment. All linens are provided in the bedroom and towels are provided for the bathroom.

Just a short 5 minutes’ walk from the financial district and afterhours entertainment alike, this suite is ideal for the urban professional working in Toronto. The location is excellent for getting around whether it be by transit or on foot so commuting is a snap. For going east and west, the King and Queen streetcar are a 1 minute and 7 minute walk away respectively. If your travels take you a little further to the north, the St. Andrew subway station is only a 9 minute walk away.
From the subway, our guests can access the core to the corners of the GTA, with subways running from union station in the south all the way up two Sheppard Avenue and Finch Avenue in the north. This furnished rental suite boasts a perfect walk score of 100/100, making everything a short walk away.
Our short term furnished rental guests can truly enjoy the best the city has to offer, all while being a short walk to the office. Just a few short steps to the south lies Toronto’s world famous Rogers Centre and CN Tower complex. At the foot of the tower lies the Ripley’s Aquarium. Opened in 2013, the aquarium features numerous tanks (the largest of which is nearly 3 million litres) totalling over 5.7 million litres of fresh and salt water; home to 16,000 aquatic animals.
