The kitchen is the first room you will encounter when you enter this suite.  All of the appliances found in the kitchen are modern, clean and available for you to use during your stay. Guests will find that smaller appliances such as coffee makers, toasters and microwaves are all included in this space as well. Mere steps away from the kitchen guests will also find a dining table set up with four chairs. The kitchen has full-sized appliances and is fully stocked.  In a closet is a full sized clothes washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with great closet space.
The second bedroom also has a Queen sized bed.

The Neighborhood

Situated at the meeting point of the financial & entertainment district, 300 Front Street is Toronto’s ideal location for professionals who value proximity to work and after-hours entertainment. With a walk score of 100/100- unbeatable location is just steps to a 24-hour Rabba grocery store, transit, the financial district, Rogers Center, some of Toronto’s best restaurants, and most notably, the world-famous CN Tower.

The CN tower was completed in 1976 and for the next 34 years it would hold the record of the tallest free-standing structure on earth. Soaring 1,815 feet above the Toronto skyline, this communications & observation tower stands on right across the road from Signature One, on what used to be Toronto’s railway lands. The CN Tower attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors each year who brave the heights to be dazzled by the view from the observation deck, over 120 stories from the ground. For those who seek a true thrill, the CN Tower opened The Edge Walk in 2011, which gives guests the opportunity to walk around the outside of the observation deck, and even hang off the edge. If you’re not scared of heights, there is an additional observation deck called the SkyPod, located 33 stories above the main deck, that provides views of the city from a mind-boggling 1,465 ft.

The Building

Our short term rental clients can take in some sun and work on their tan in the summer in this beautiful ambiance. This area gets sun for a large part of the day which is actually a rarity in Toronto’s urban jungle.

The amenities also include a well-appointed library/study area, billiards/games room, lounge room, spinning class room and yoga room (great for someone with an active lifestyle). Each change room has a steam room and indoor whirlpool as well. The library is great to get out of your fully furnished apartment and finish up some work, or catch up on your favourite book.
