What is included in the monthly rate?

All of our suites are fully furnished and "fully-stocked" (link to pdf list). Guests only need to bring their own personal items. All utilities, cable TV, local phone, hi-speed internet, parking and bi-weekly maid service are included in the monthly rates.

Are there any additional charges or fees?

There are no additional taxes or surcharges. However, additional services, such as extra cleaning services and storage services are available for a fee.

What is the minimum length of stay?

The minimum length of stay is 30 days.

What if I am not sure how long I will stay?

SkyViewSuites can accommodate flexible arrangements, subject to a 30 day minimum. Beyond the 30 day minimum, the monthly rates will be pro-rated accordingly. If you are unsure of how long you will be staying, Sky View Suites can extend your occupancy with a minimum of 30 days notice from you.

What do I need to do to reserve a suite?

SkyView Suites will require a $1,000 deposit in order to reserve your suite. This deposit will also serve as your Damage Deposit for the unit and will be returned to you at the end of your stay (assuming no damages to the suite).

What forms of payment are accepted?

SkyView Suites accepts payment via Cheque, Certified Cheque / Money Order or PayPal. You may also use your Credit Card via PayPal, but please note that extra charges apply to PayPal payments in order to cover any PayPal fees incurred by SkyViewSuites.

When do I need to make the payments?

All monthly fees are due on or before the first day of each month. If are not arriving on the first of the month, SkyView Suites will pro-rate your first month's fees accordingly. Furthermore, if you are staying 2 or more months, Sky View Suites will require first AND last month’s rent upon arrival.

Does SkyViewSuites accept payment in US dollars?

Sky View Suites will accept payment in $US, however, please note that all of our prices are in $CAD. Any $US payments and deposit returns will be adjusted based on exchange rate fluctuations.

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking is not permitted. For suites that have a terrace or balcony, smoking may be permitted on the terrace / balcony.

Are pets permitted?

Most of our suites do not allow pets.

What if I have overnight visitors?

If you are having family or friends stay overnight, SkyView Suites can provide you with complementary full-size inflatable beds to accommodate your guests (subject to availability).
