The Neighborhood

Tucked away in the heart of Toronto, Urban F is located right at the intersection of King Street & Yonge Street. With TTC literally steps from the front door and a 24-hour Metro Grocery store only a 2 minute walk away, the Urban Series furnished apartments is a truly perfect location for those working in Toronto’s financial district. This location boasts perfect walk score of 100/100 so no matter what you need, it’s always just a short walk away.

Looking for something to do during the summer? Every day, over 75,000 people escape to the Toronto Island to experience the tranquility of the forests and the excitement of its many attractions. Along the way, they experience the best views of the Toronto skyline from the lake, looking back at the mainland. Access points to the island are limited, but the main ferry hub is a 10 minute walk south of the Urban, right at the intersection of Bay Street & Queens Quay. The passenger ferries in the area date back to 1833; the first boat was called the Sir John of the Peninsular and was powered by paddle wheels, turned by horses. Today, the fleet is stationed out of Toronto’s Ferry Terminal and consists of 8 diesel powered vessels. The ferries are named after former Toronto mayors, Harbour Commissioners, early settlers, and a local appliance manufacturer. The island ferries transport passengers to three main ports: Centre Island, Ward’s Island, and Hanlan’s Point. The Western Gap and Island Airport Docks are used by the Toronto Port Authority for commercial and logistical uses as well.

Between the access to the ferry terminal, the convenience of being right in the financial district, and close proximity to TTC’s King Station, there’s no better location than our Urban Series Furnished Suites.
