This brilliant studio short term rental is a beautifully designed living space. It boasts a sophisticated open floor plan, high ceilings, and wood flooring. Windows wrap around the exterior of the furnished rental and provide guests with a panoramic view of the city. These translucent windows, not only flood the unit with natural light but also maintain the use of a sliding glass door which provides guests access to a private balcony.
The main living space is open an functions as a bedroom and living room as all studios do. It is finished with a small comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The kitchen is placed against the far wall of the unit and although it may be small it features all the appliances and cooking utensils that you could need. There is also a small elevated dining space for guests to enjoy their home cooked meals on.
In the main living space guests will also find a one of a kind murphy bed, that can be pulled down at night or tucked away for extra room during the day. From the bed you will be able to view the flat screen TV that comes with Rogers VIP cable.
The bathroom is located just off the main foyer and features a full sized bath and shower combination as well as a single vanity sink.

The Neighbourhood
Like many of our serviced apartments, this unit is located in one of the most active, and popular areas of downtown Toronto. A short walk south will take you to Toronto’s harbour front district. This area is popular in the summer months with locals and tourists a like.
Don’t fret if your destination is far from Maple Leaf Square, you have access to all the public transport you could want from Union Station. Whether it be in the form of streetcar, bus, or subway, you will be where you need to in no time.
Yonge and Dundas Square is a unique square located just a short subway ride from your short term rental. It is a local hotspot outdoor hub for live entertainment. It is a great space to experience some true Torontonian culture. The Toronto Eaton Centre is also located just a short distance away, shop the day away in this massive indoor shopping complex.
The Building
The expansive condo complex that houses this studio suite is known as the Maple Leaf Square Condos. This host building offers its guests a variety of amenities in order to improve their overall experiences. These amenities include; an outdoor pool with tanning deck, an indoor pool with hot tub and steam room, a state of the art fitness room, a weight room, a party room with a fully functioning kitchen, a theatre room and a business centre. One unique aspect of this building is its daycare centre located on the 3rd floor and the various shops located on the 1st and 2nd floors.
